FERMENTATION EQUIPMENT
Our factory has ability to fabricate fermentation tanks from 1 BBL to 120 BBL and larger. All tanks have a dish top, cylinder body and 60°/70° cone bottom. Food grade stainless steel materials are used for all tanks with 100% TIG welded joints and with sanitary interior polish. The fermenter tanks have dimple jackets for glycol cooling and are high-efficient polyurethane foam insulated. All tanks use tri-clamp connections , interior shell is designed for 22 PSI and dimple jackets are tested at 60 PSI. We can design any tank as your requirements. Our tanks have been tested against pressure before delivery.
