UV varnish



UV varnish is a kind of transparent paint. Its function is to spray or

roll painting on the substrate surface, after irradiation by UV light,

the liquid will turn into solid, thus achieve the goal of surface

hardening and its resistance to scratch, and the surface looks

bright, beautiful, smooth.

II. Physical /Chemical Properties

1.Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow transparent viscous liquid

2.Odor: weak odor

3.Flash Point:>100℃(closed cup)

4.Boiling Point/℃:>150℃

5.PH Value: 4.2(25℃ 50.0g/L)

6.Solubility: Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in acetone and ethanol

7.Viscosity: 30m ㎡/s(20.00℃±0.02℃, kinematic viscosity)

III.Stability And Reactivity

1.Stability: Stable under normal temperature and pressures

2.Material to Avoid: Strong oxidizing agents

3.Hazardous Polymerization: will not occur

4.Hazardous Decomposition Products: Carbon monoxide and carbon

dioxide.

IV. Storage and Safety

Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep away from ignition sources,

heat and flame. Store in a tightly closed container. Incompatibilities:

strong oxidizing agents and foods.
