Application: Used in antirust oils
Description
AN RP-1 is antirust oil additive package designed to prevent the metal from atmospheric corrosion and rust in high humidity condition. The assessment of humidity cabinet test proves that the oils blended by AN RP-1 could efficiently provide the ferrous metal such as carbon steel and cast iron with excellent performances. AN RP-1 is formulated by many kinds of technically advanced antirust components, performing dewatering and rust prevention properties. It could be used in the rust protection of interprocess, transportation, indoor medium-term and long-term sealing. It is dark brown liquid. It could be used in dewatering and replacement-type antirust oils, sealing antirust oils, thin film antirust oils. AN RP-1 belongs to environment-friendly antirust oil additive without Barium element.

Recommended Dosage
1.Used in dewatering and replacement-type antirust oils, its recommended dosage is 8% AN RP-1 with 10%low-viscosity mineral oils and 82% 120# solvent oils or kerosene.
2.Used in thin film antirust oils, its recommended dosage is 8%-25%.
Packing: 200 liter metal drum (net weight: 180kg/drum)
Shelf Life: 2 years, stored in dry, clean and well ventilated warehouses, lower than 55°C.
