   JP40-W    Auto continuous rendering plastering wall machine  

 

JP40-W is small plastering machine introduced German technology. It's applied for mixing, delivery, bonding and plastering of various characteristics and use of dry ready-mixed mortar. It has the selectable adjustment function of output, pressure and plastering speed. Equips with continuous automatic mixer, dual axis design, and fixes water pump and water supply measuring system. It sets the pressure controlling protection mechanism and achieves the remote control. Its structure is very compact, and it's easy to move and operate.

1. JP40-W is composed of a continuous mixer and plastering machine. The continuous mortar mixer achieves dry ready mortar continuous stirring. While feeding dry mortar, spraying can be done. Compared with ordinary plastering machine, it can save 1/3 time than common ones which improve much more working efficiency. The continuous mixer can be removed for easy cleaning.

 

 

 

 

 

2. JP40-W is installed two advanced material level sensors. When the mortar is feeded over full, JP40-W will automatically stop working.

 

 

 

 

3. JP40-W installs air compressor and water supply instead of the manual adding water, automated operation, extremely advanced!
