The DO'S & DONOT'S during use wire rope clips:

 

1. check the size of clips is suitable for the diamater of steel wire rope, the inside net distance of U-bolt is larger than the rope's diameter by 1-3mm. if too large, it is hard to fast rope.

2. before using, pls tighten the U-bolt untill the rope is flattened by about 1/3. Since rope will be deformed after stress, the clips need to be tightened again  to ensure the safety of joint point. if you want to check wether the clips will slide or not,  pls add another safety clip.

3. the arranged distance between ropes should be 6-7 times of rope diameters.

4. the correct arranged number and methods:
