Pre-heat treatment
1.Annealing after forging:heat temperature 850-870°c,keep temperature 1-2H,furnace cold below 500,out and air cool,hardness is 207-255HBS
2.Isothermal after forging:heat temperature 850-870°c,keep temperature 1-2H,furnace cold 720-750°cm,keep temperature 3-4H,furnace cold below 550°c ,out and air cool.hardness is 207-255HBS
3.High temperature tempering:heat temperature 760-790°c,keep 2-3H,furnace cold and air cool,hardness is 207-255HBS.
