TBN400 Synthetic Calcium Sulfonate T106D

Application: Used in lubricating oils as detergent

 

Description

T106D is prepared from long-chain linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid. This alkaline calcium sulfonate T106D can neutralize the organic acids generated by the lubricating oils and fuel oils oxidized, efficiently preventing condensation reaction from happening further. It can remove the coatings and deposit, increasing solubility and making them disperse in the lubricants. The recommended dosage is 0.5-3%. This product is also the main additive in the marine engine oils.

According to the requirements of our customers,Anneng has invented synthetic calcium sulfonate GD-6S especially used in lubricating grease provided with excellent performances such as high-temperature stability, antifoam performance, hydrolysis stability and water tolerance. GD-6S has more kinematic viscosity than T106D.

Used in engine oils for each grade, suitable for formulating marine oil additives

Used in industrial lubricants as the antirust additive
