Production Process
Melamine
Pre-Heat the melamine power before molding
Printing paper Pretreatment
We should pre-treat the printing paper with Melamine solution before decal
Moulding.
Melamine powder is poured into the mould, heated and pressed to form a solid product
Decal Prining.
We cut the printing paper into fixed shape, place the decal paper on the solid product.After that ,we add transparent melamine coating to protect the printing.
PQC .
Before packing, the product are checked with two full inspections(One is after moulding, the other is after polishing)
Polishing.
We need to grind the sharp edges and polish them to make the product smooth, safe and bright.
