Suria Palm Wax MP56 is a vegetable based hard wax of palm oil origin. It is edible and is also used as a raw material in the formulation of candle waxes that can be blended with other vegetable and paraffin waxes. It is highly suitable for moulded and container candle formulation.

FORMUALTION AND PROCESSING CONDITIONS

It is highly recommended that user should do a test to ascertain the optimum process conditions and formulation
suitable for the candl types as our guidelines are general and might not suitable for certain processes.

1. Suria Palm Wax MP56 blends well with other vegetable and paraffin waxes. When blended with paraffin wax,
   it can used up to 60% especially for container filled candles and small diameter moulded pillar candles.
   For larger diameter candles (70mm onwards), Suria Palm Wax MP56 should be reduced


2. Compatible candle colorants and fragrance use should be suitable for both vegetable and paraffin wax blend,
   in order to have the same shades and prevent dripping.


3. Suria Palm Wax MP56 has different burn characteristics to paraffin waxes. It burns with a smaller flames
   and is smake free. For a similar size pure paraffin wax candle, candle made with Suria Palm Wax MP56
   blend should be wicked bigger wick size. As a guideline, use a 20% larger wick and a flat braided wick type
