COURIER SERVICES:
We dispatch most of the orders using DHL courier to worldwide destinations because it is faster and reliable service. However, we
do use FedEx & UPS on the client's request but these are expensive to DHL also delivery time is a bit longer than DHL, if you want
us to use these couriers to send shipments please confirm your exact shipping address for exact shipping cost using FedEx & UPS.

We do use "Sky Net" and "DPD" Courier for our UK customers because it is much cheaper than other couriers but it takes 4-7 days
for the UK only. If you want us to use Sky Net or DPD courier, please do inform us, while ordering.

BY AIR / SEA CARGO:
We ship the orders through the air and sea cargo as per our customers’ requirements.

No, we are MANUFACTURERS of customized Products.
2. How can we buy from SohNay?
Simply let us know the reference number of products in which you are interested or send us your picture. You can contact us via
E-mail, fax, or letter.
3. Give us some packaging details?
Usually, each and every product is packed in polyethylene bags, and then these products are packed in cardboard boxes to send you
directly. Special instructions may also be followed on request, please.
4. Samples Service?
We offer sample services also to our new Customers for quality evolution. For this, they need to pay both for samples and courier
charges. However, when the customer will place the first order we will deduct the sample charges from the total invoice value.
6. What is the method of Payment?
We are following two ways at the moment to collect payments.
Bank transfer i.e. wire and swift transfer AND Western Union Money Transfer ZARCO.
7. What is the minimum quantity order?
We have no minimum order quantity. You can order it on your convenience. However, if you want to buy less than US$: 500 as a trial
