1. Q: Can I get some samples?

    A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check, but will add extra cost and shipping cost by courier.For sample,its packing is usually more better packing than mass order, becuase of courier is rude for goods.If full container, goods can be protected best.Because fitness products packing is much big,shipping charge is very expensive. most customer order mass order directly

 

2. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
    A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container,cost can be cheaper than LCL.

 

3. Q: What payment do you accept?

    A: In general, our payment is 30%T/T as deposit and 70%T/T after seeing the copy of B/L.West union,paypay or trade insurance is also OK.

4. Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?

     A: Quality is our priority. Our QC always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production.Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

 

5. Q: Can you painting our logo?

    A: Yes, If put LOGO, MOQ is one 20FT.Logo is usually put on monitor, steel tube and plastic cover.Manual is English neutral one,if you need your langueage manual or your logo on manual,we can  free charge to print for you based on full 20FT.
