DM Series YINGTAI Craft Malting Process Drum malting plants

 

Main Equipment:
1)Barley Receiving and Screening System
2)Barley Steeping System
3)Germination-Kilning COMBO Drum type or Saladin type of malting system is used for Germination and Kilning. The loading or unloading time for each process is 30 minutes.
4)Drying and Ventilating System
5)Dry Malt Discharging and Storage System
6)Water Chilling Unit/ chillers
7)Electrical Control System

 

Process description:
1)Barley into the hopper, raised by the conveyor to self-balancing vibrating screen (equipped with pulse dust collector dust). The screened barley and water are mixed by a non-blocking pump to the steeping tank.
2)Steeping tank made of SUS 304 material, with air supply system, pumping CO2 system, water supply and drainage system. In accordance with the requirements of intermittent ventilation, water supply. The general steeping time is less than 48 hours. After the end of the steeping, the malt and water are transported together with a non-blocking pump to the Drum container. The whole process is fully automatic control.
3)The malting system is the main equipment of the production line, can complete the germination and drying. Malt into the container, according to the process requirements to ventilate, supply oxygen and cool. Until the index meets the process requirements, the germination stage ends. Into the drying section, with a hot air furnace to meet the needs of different temperatures. After reaching the desired process requirements, the drying ends. The whole process is fully automatic control.
4)After drying through the automatic discharge device, the malt will be discharged, and then after the removal of the root into the temporary storage warehouse, and then bag packaging.
