Uses:

BTB-300A Cigar/Cigarette Box Wrapping Machine  is widely applicable to automatic film packaging various single boxed articles with a gold tear tape, such as medicine, healthcare products, foodstuff, cosmetics, stationery and audio-visual products.

 

Performance Characteristics:

This new packaging machine is designed with many patented technologies while overcoming various shortcomings of traditional tobacco packing machines and preceding transparent film packaging machines. And it meets the needs of users for a variety of packing box sizes. Its main characteristics are as the following:

1. No need to regulate the height of two work tops of the machine when the mould is replaced, no need to assemble or dismantle the material discharge chains and discharge hopper. Shorten the time of mould replacement from four hours to the present 30 minutes.

2. New-type double safeguard mechanisms are used , hence when the machine runs out of step, other spare parts will not be damaged without stopping the machine.

3. Original unilateral hand swing device prevents handwheel from reverse shaking, and non-rotation of the handwheel during machine's operation can ensure security of the operator.

4. New-type double-rotary film cutter ensure the machine be continuously used for many years without stoning, which overcomes the defects of easy abrasion of traditional single-rotary film cutters.
