Description

axle and half shaft length can be made according to your requirement.

for half shaft we have the following types:

1.half floating half shaft.

such axle will not only burden weight from vehicle,it also give torque on axle to drive vehicle go forward.

bearing position diameter is 32mm.

spline teeth is 6teeth spline or 23 teeth spline.

shaft material C45 or 40Cr,with Tempering and high frequency quenching

 

 

2.full floating half shaft.

such axle will  not burden weight from vehicle,it only give torque on axle to drive vehicle go forward.

bearing position diameter is 28mm or 27mmmm.

spline teeth is 6teeth spline or 23 teeth spline.

shaft material C45 or 40Cr,with Tempering and high frequency quenching
