Pre-heat treatment
1. Annealing :heat to 750-770°c,keep 2-8h,furnace cooling below 500°c ,out and air cooling ,hardness ≤229HBS
2. Isothermal :heat to 760-780°c,keep 3h,isothermal 680-700°c,keep 4-5h,furnace cooling below 500°c,out and air cooling ,hardness 229HBS
Characteristic
1.Low alloy cold work die steel
2.More surplus carbonizaion and high hardness and abrasion resistance.
3.W can get good toughness and reduce hot sensibility
4.High strength and toughness at 800°c quenching ,low impact toughness at 300°c tempering .
5.is sensitive to mess charring
Application
For making precision measuring tool and sample plate ,punch die ,cold pressing die ,carving die and blanking die and so on.
