2. Prototype is fit for climbing shoes, special purpose shoes and work shoes.
3. Operating interface temperature for bonding is 90-100oC, activated temperature is 70-80oC, and activated temperature of shoes
in assembly line is 100-110oC.
4. And then they can be molded after 5-7 minutes.
5. Merit: operate conveniently, operable manually, can be lasted by machine, high elasticity (Ping-Pong effect), never be shaped,
and very strongly attaching shoe last, durable in wearing.
