I would like to share with you our first generation patent helmet adjustment:
The advantages of our first generation adjustor:
1. The dial of adjustor can be replaced with LED light, when you ride at night time, then the LED light will serve as warning.
2.If the adjustor gets broken after using a long time, then the end-user can change a new adjustor by themselves, very use-friendly, this advantage would greatly help our brand/distributor customers to stabilize their customer base.
3. Adjustable Fit system from bottom to top on the occiput (3 positions, which optimizes maintenance), which can fit 95% people, it can hold our head completely, very comfortable and stability. Please find attached pictures.

There are different kinds of inner pads for your choice. first is 3D open mesh padding, it have to be opened a hot-press mold; second is cool max padding, we need to buy pad from cool max company with MOQ 1000 yards, third is ANTI-INSECT net, which could prevent small bug from going into your helmet at dusk, forth one is featherweight gel inserts, cheap and low quality pads

EVA pads: It is closed cell and impervious to water, has resilient feel.

Velvet pads: very soft and comfortable feeling.
Cool max pads: very high-end, can keep the hair dry and cool during riding.
