Description
AN EA-1 is emulsified oil additive package designed to formulate high-quality emulsified oils used in the mechanical processing industry such as lathing, grinding, milling, drilling, boring,etc. AN EA-1 has excellent cleaning, cooling, lubrication and antirust performance. It also has strong settling separation property with metal processing scraps. AN EA-1 has strong penetrating quality, and could improve the processing quality of the workpiece surfaces. With the fluid blended by AN EA-1, the working life of the tools could be extended. Because of good antirust performance (especially used in hard water), rust-proof life during the process is long. AN EA-1 could provide the working fluid with excellent stability, and also has strong applicability for water.

Recommended Dosage
Used in emulsified oils, its recommended dosage is 15-20% added into the base oils with different viscosity.
