DIRECTIONS:
Cut pipe squarely, chamfer(15 degrees) and deburr.Insert pipe in fitting and mark depth. Clean both surface ends thoroughly with cleanser and clean tissue paper. Stir well and apply an even layer of adhesive(thin layer on fitting, thicker on pipe) in an axialdirection with a brush. Assembie the parts with 4 minutes(at 230oC) without turning, and holdfirmly for a few seconds. Remove excess adhesive. The assembled joint should not be disturbed for 5 minutes(below 10oC 15minutes). Pressure tese: wait at least 24 hours; in case of a repair wait 1 hour per bar, and cleanser are inflammable. Avoid open fire and potential sources of spark. Disconnect electrical appliances. Rooms should be well ventilated. Before using pipes or carrying out any welding work, pipes should be filed with water, flushed and rinesd thoroughly. do not inhale vanourd. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable gloves. Keep container tightly closed and in a well ventilated place...
