A manual book + installing video will be provided. Also, video chat is available.
1.2 If there Is a teaching program or it can be done via video link or Ethernet?
The teaching program will be written in a manual book.
1.3 Is it necessary that your supervisor will come to installation and start-up?
Regularly, it is not necessary, you just need to install the yarn stands.

2. Warranty.
2.2 If you have any support service? If during the production process, we meet the problem can we have your technical support, for example - call and get advice via video communication?
Yes, video communication is available.
2.2 What is a warranty time for machine?
1 year from the date of Bill of Loading issued.
3. What about consumption of the line?
How much raw material is necessary to produce 100 meters of finished products.
For example, if 100 meters long weighs 5kgs, then 5x1.05=5.25kgs raw material.
The wastage can be controlled less than 5%, even 3%.
4. Can you give us a characteristic of the raw material to use on this line?Can you give us a list of manufactures for this material?
Yes, we can inform manufacturers if order confirmed.
Also, we can help to buy the material.
5. Question about the final product - can we change and customize the diameter of the
final product? Or we need some additional options?
Generally, the diameter of the final product is confirmed, you can adjust +-1cm wide. If you want to change the diameter, you can buy extra cylinder with different needles quantity.
6. Can you provide us consumables, fast wearing parts, needles, spare parts etc. list which are needed for one year of work?
Yes, those spare parts will be provided. Each machine can be presented 100 pcs dial needles / 50 pcs sinkers+ 100 pcs knitting needles, some springs, belts.
7. Terms of the deal.
7.1. Prepayment:
T/T with 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
7.2 Sample preparation:
Once machine finished, will make sample and send to you for final confirmation.
7.3. Payment. What is the payment term?
T/T with 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
7.4. Delivery terms?
FOB, CNF, CIF are all OK, by sea or by land. It is not economical if by air.
7.5. Timing?
It will cost around 25-30 days after receiving the deposit.
