The light steel keel material has very well mechanical property, high precision on size, well linearity, flat panel. It is ametabolic and it can avoid cranny causing by ceiling installation.
Fixity is very good during installation, with unique pocked technique. It is good for avoiding selftapping screw sidesliping. It not only improve the speed of construction, but also assure the locked-in connection among materials.

 

 

Drywall instalation:

1. Fasten U keel to the plate according to the 600mm distance, using some fixities.
2. C keel, U keel, or special keel can be used to reduce cutting.
3. Make it upright with the wall during installing C keel, using proper fixity to fasten, using screws according to 600mm distance, and install another side of C keel after installing U keel of ceiling.
 4. Put U keel of ceiling on C keel of the wall, fetch a C keel, distance is 600mm to make ceiling upright with U keel, and fasten with proper fixity.
5. Mark on the floor and ceiling at each 400mm or 600mm distance to decide the installation location of next C keel.
6. If C keel touches doorframe, the doorframe has to be fastened by fixity or fasten keel calliper on freely keel before fastening the doorframe.

Interior partition wall or veneering wall of hotels, theaters, emporiums, factories, 

office, house, airplane-terminal buildings, bus stations, waiting lounge, etc.
