Single Cell Protein (SCP) Powder is the protein by-product extracted from pure microbial cell culture, which is derived from our MSG fermentation process. Our SCP Powder contains high level of crude protein upto 65% and good amino acid profile. It also contains other nutrients (e.g. vitamins, minerals) in fermented biomass and culutres. Meanwhile, it has good palatability owing to high level of glutamic acid and mild fermented flavour.

 

Our SCP Powder is a good cost-effective protein source and substitute of animal sourced protein (e.g. fish meal, pork meal, etc.) in pourtry, livestocks, and aquafeed industries.
