NCS series Three-Axis CNC deep-hole Drilling machine tool is manufactured by our engineers upon the absorption of advanced experience of deep-hole processing machine tool abroad and the combination of application of plastic mold industry at home. It can be widely applied in mould processing of water channel hole, punch hole, hot runer hole, hydraulic valve, distributor, heat exchanger plate and etcetera of mould and mechanical industry.
Main Features
1)The stand column, pedestal, slide platform, work platform and other main components of machine tool are made of castings, with low deformation and high precision.
2)The imported linear guide rail and ball screw are adopted in machine tool so as to ensure the processing precision of equipment.
3)The processing scope is wide, the bores of 3mm-30mm can be processed and the maximum effective drilling depth is 2,000mm in one clamping.
4)The super wide work space in design facilitates the clamping and processing of large workpiece.
5)The MITSUBISHI servo numerical control system is adopted and the machine is characterized by steady performance and simple operation.
