Instuctions:

 

 

1, For first use,need to finalize the design according to dental status.   

 2,Soak mouth tray in 60 degree of water for 15 seconds,then tray become soft.

 3, Put the mouth tray on the teeth ,bite tray and be close to the jaw 10 seconds.

 4,Then put mouth tray in the cold water 20 seconds..

 5,If mouth tray still not adjust to your teeth,repeat the above operation until it works.

 

NOTED :   

 

1,When soak in the hot water ,should be fast and take out mouth tray as soon as it become soft and narrow

2,Generally just do bottom row of teeth.When adjust to the teeth,inhale and push tray with tongue,

  press tray with hand to make it close.Do not use teeth biting.
3,Mouth tray length no need to cover the back teeth,if too long will stimulate throat ,cause nausea 

 slobber.You can cut off the excess .

4,Maintenance :please rinse with water,if necessary wash and rinse with water or toothpaste .
