For samples, it is 100% in advance.
For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance.

2. What is the quality?

3. What does your warranty cover?
All of the products are provided with one year warranty service. Contact the sales and return the unit with a RMA return form and RMA NO. We will repair it for you. (Except man-made factors)

4. What if the new unit does not work after installation?
Both parties will share half the freight: the buyer will take the freight of sending it back to Chelong, while Chelong will cover that of sending it back to the buyer.  And Chelong suggests to sending it back with the next mass production items.
