our customer can select different types according to their request.

 

Advantage

 

1.Our polyester flat dryer screen is made by red flat polyester wires, it can increase the contact surface of our screen and the paper,so it will promote the heat transfer. when steam flow through our screen, it will decrease the probability of steam condensation, and improve the drying efficiency.compared with the dryer screen made by roundness yarn, the wire marks is less in processing.

 

2.Our polyester flat dryer screen use the hydrolysis resistance monofilament wires, it can prominent enhance our screen's service life and increase our customer's economic effectiveness.

 

3.We make self pin joint for our polyester dryer screen, it's easy to install in all kinds of paper making production line, we also do resin edge reinforcement for our dryer screen, so the edge of our dryer screen is more strong.

 Treatment

 

We make self pin joint and resin edge reinforcement for our polyester red flat dryer screen. 

 

 

 

 

Inspection

 

We use air permeability test apparatus for air permeability testing, and breaking force test apparatus is use for tensile strength testing.

 

 

 

 

Packing 

 

We have three types of packing, poly bag; wooden box and carton, our customers can select either one according to their request.
