1. Species: Pine

2. Sizes: 2440mm*1220mm*(12--80)mm  or According to Customers enquiry

3. Size-cut: worktop must be cut precisely in 90 angle. 
4. Moisture Rate: 8%-12%. Sanding: 240 grit (face); 180 grit(back).
5. Glue: Finnish Dynea & Japanese Koyo(according to DIN EN 204) without open gluelines. ,
6. Finger Joints: Quality of joints between lamellae will totally exclude breakout, gaps, holes and excess glue on Top face. Ends well trimmed; finger joint hiding at side.
7. Production Capacity: 200m3 per month

8. PACKING: a strong shrink wrap, corners reinforced, very safe packaging (plastic bands), fiberboard covering, strong wood pallets.

9. Other: 

a) Grade: AA  - Two sides sanding with smooth surface and in high strength.The board can avoid wood bending well. - Moisture content: 8%-12%
- There are no chromatism, knot, oleoresin, scar, split, moldering, wormhole, damage, blue stain, or wave in the surface.
- Secret joint, finger joints show on side of panel. - Suit for boiled oil to keep wood true pattern
b) Grade AB - Be finger jointed and glued closely. Finger joints on side and surface are both allowed.
- Little chromatism, small healthy knot(<30mm),small black knot(<5mm),small blue stain(<50mm) are allowed. - There are no oleoresin, scar, split, moldering, wormhole, damage, blue stain, repair. - Sanding with smooth surface according to client's requirement no wave on surfaces.
