Description
We supply Russian birch lumber (some woodworking people call it timber) in a wide variety of sizes and grades.
Selection of wood for the process starts from the forest.
The best logs are selected in the forest for the process of sawing.
Only good saw logs and plywood logs are used for sawing.
Swedish line is used for sawing process.
Geometry is very good and precise.
Could be supplied unedged and square edged.
Sorting and grading is done in correspondence with GOST 2695-83 for hardwood lumber.
We can supply grade 1, 2, 3 and mixture of these grades.
We can also supply grade 1 and 2 with selection of lumber without false heart.
This kind of lumber is effectively used in furniture industry when the wood is visible for the final customers.
All lumber is KD (Kiln Dried) using very smooth mode of drying.
Modes of drying are calculated for drying down to 6-9% of moisture content with ecualizing and reducing internal tension in lumber.
Using this lumber in production of edge glued panels or furniture components is easy and profitable.
Main length is 3000 mm.
Width is 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 mm
Thickness is 20, 25, 32, 38, 50 mm
Shipments to Europe in trucks.
Shipments to other continents in 40 HC containers.
