5. Only with bill acceptor as payment method, this payment kiosk machine only accept cash payment, and
only bill&banknotes are available.
6. If you need, we can order Licensed Windows Operate System for you, but Windows 10 is not available.
Android system is available.
7. Due to problem caused by light, water and other reasons, this mall kiosk only can be used indoor, working
voltage is 110v~240v.
8. This bill payment kiosk must work with related self payment software, right now the kiosk only can print
test page and recognize how much the money is, but what content to print and what does inserted money
for, it has no idea.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer of kiosk?A: We are kiosk case manufacturer&factory and have our own kiosk assemble workshop. Our factory located at Songgang, Shenzhen.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is about one month after deposit for sample.
Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Because our MOQ is one piece, and most of our kiosk are customized design, free sample is not available.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T, Paypal, West-Union and Trade Assurance are welcome. Usually 50% of the total payment as deposit, rest to be balance before delivery.
Q: How long is your warranty period?
A: Normally the warranty period is one year dated from delivery, during this period, if there is any part cant work, we will help you to fix it, or delivery you replacement for free.
