Cold storage Polyurethane sandwich panel ---Advantage


 


1.Polyurethane panels are 100% polyurethane insulation, foamed by high pressure by using BASF foaming material,green to the environment.


 


2. Polyurethane panels are foamed by high pressure, our pressure plate can bear the pressure up to 200 ton, even foaming, the whole panel average density above 40kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of 0.021W/(m.k) 


 


3. Polyurethane panels are with fire retardant, B1 hard firing material; it refers to the safety problem.


 


 


4. The steel sheet of Polyurethane panels  we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15years, the protect film of the painted galvanized steel is 0.07mm thick, well protect the steel sheet.


 


 


5.  Polyurethane panels   are male (convex) and femal(concave) type,cam locks are pre-burried inside the panels,use a key to lock them together.


  


6. Gasket is around the edge of each Polyurethane panels , when panel lock together,the cool air will not leak,and the hot air can not come in .
