Hengjin screen frame have two styles. Aluminum and wooden material which special on silk screen printer working. Aluminum material screen frame more popular now. Wooden material just for using to manual screen printing.

The size we can do that as your need. For different products use different size frame. The following is some suggetions for screen frame:

CD/DVD, OD Printing:
Frames for optical disc decoration are typically made of steel. There are a couple of industry standard frame sizes (31 x 31 cm with a 2.5 cm x 3mm profile, and 26 x 30 cm with a 2.5 x 1.5 cm profile). The steel frames are strong enough to tolerate high mesh tension levels. Because the frames are small, the characteristics of the frame size does not typically affect mesh selection. As a result, fine mesh counts with small thread diameters can be used to optimize the print resolution.
Electronics:
Aluminum frames that range from 61 x 76 cm to 102 x 102 cm are typically used for membrane switch printing. The profile of the frames should provide the strength necessary to support mesh at high tensions.
Glass Containers
Frames for glass container decoration are generally made of aluminum. The frame profile does not have to be very large because screen tensions are typically low for glass printing (6 to 12 N/cm, 3.420-2.120 mm). Typical frame sizes for glass decoration are in the range of 30 x 50 cm (12" x 20"), 25 X 45 cm (10" x 18") and 20 x 60 cm (8" x 24").
Automotive Glass
The automotive glass industry uses rigid aluminum frames where the profile is usually sloped, and wall thicknesses are robust for the large frame sizes. The frame sizes are different for cars and trucks, and range from 1.0 x 2.5 m to 1.5 x 3.5 m. The mesh is adhered to the frame using standard screen printing .
Home Appliances
Household appliance glass frames range in size from approximately 1.0 x 1.4 m to 1.5 x 2.5 m. They are typically rigid, aluminum frames that have a slope profile and wall thicknesses that are adequate for the frame size and recommended tensions (16-20 N/cm, 1.650-1.340 mm). The mesh is attached to the frame using standard screen printing adhesives.
Flatbed Textile Printing
The flatbed textile industry uses aluminum frames ranging up to 290 x 380 cm for the linen industry and 280 x 860 cm for the extra large flag printer. Mesh is stretched using mechanical stretching equipment (systems with a pre-stretching option are preferred), and glued to the frame using standard screen adhesives-solvent resistance is not necessary since waterbased inks are used during printing.
T-Shirt/Garment Printing
The two most common frame types for the garment industry are rigid aluminum frames and retensionable roller frames (rigid wood and steel frames are also available). Screens created with rigid aluminum frames use the standard stretch-and-glue process, and roller frames use a locking strip to hold the mesh into a groove on each side of the frame. Common frame sizes for the this industry include (for both rigid and roller frames): 51 x 61 cm (20” x 24”), 58 x 79 cm (23” x 31”), and 64 x 91 cm (25” x 36”).
