Horizontal Flat Glass  Washing Machine  Used for all kinds of flat glass washing. 

 

1 All the cleaning parts and installation (including heating flange, temperature sensors, pipe, tank, etc.) are made of high-quality stainless steel material. It can be anti-corrosion, the water cycle doesn’t plug, not rust.

2 Horizontal Glass Washing Machine  adopts the supply water systems of two-grade filtered of two-pump cycle, The clear and turbid water is distributors, and recognizes conservation of water.

3 There were four brush cleaning match, forced brushing to make the glass cleanness better.

4 Three sucking water rollers are made of the quality polymer material, It has a strong capacity to suck water, longer life

5 The rubber roller is made up of special rubber   ,formed by the grinding, good wear resistance, anti-aging, high accuracy.

6 The  slide way  tank with telescopic can freely drive  ,very convenient to input water and inspect the water quality

Water tanks with steel glass plate can freely push and pull to prevent the dust submerged water source

7 The shelf is made of high-quality carbon steel material. The thickness of tube is   2.5 mm   . The shelf is handled to spray and coat.

8   Horizontal Glass Washing Machine adopt integrated equipment (the whole glass line will be conveyed roller), so the operation is much easier, more advanced.
