If order qty is small such as 1-5 pcs of membrane we ship by air express.
If order is large in volume, we can ship by seaway so as to reduce freight cost for you.

A: For normal products, we offer 1 year's warranty period under the condition of user's correct operation. For products with special price, we are not committed to quality warranty.

17. What is TDS?
TDS refers to total organic and inorganic substance resolved in water among which inorganic salt includes Ca+, Mg+,K+,Hco3-etc.
The principle of softening by resin is : resin carrry Na+ H+ it self then it exchange with Ca+Mg+ so when softening finished TDS
won't have evident change. After softening resin absorbed Ca+,Mg but Na+ move into water
on the other hand there still other minieral salt in water which can't removed by softening so TDS valve won't change evidently.
18. Q: why are your UV sterilizer so expensive ?
A: The two vital factors relates to the performance of UV.
ONE is ballast the other one is lamp. Ballast can ensure UV’s constant work while lamp can ensure the efficiency of Bacteria
killing.
