INTENDED USE
EGENS Ovulation Test Kit is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative determination of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in urine for detection of ovulation by both professional and home users.
SUMMARY AND EXPLANATION
Luteinizing hormone (LH) is a glycoprotein hormone secreted by Basophilia cell of the anterior pituitary, The main function is to promote an ovulation , form Luteinizing hormone secretes hormone. All the normal healthy females will have regular ovulation period every month, so, it’s become the problem to them how to reach the purpose of control pregnancy by the method of predict ovulation period, especially barrenness females who hopes that fertilization in the near future is to be more worth paying close attention to.
The method employs a unique combination of monoclonal dye conjugate and polyclonal-solid phase antibodies to selectively identify the LH in the test samples with an extremely high degree of sensitivity. In less than 10 minutes, levels of LH as low as 5mlU/ml can be detected.

STORAGE AND STABILITY
The test kit can be stored at room temperature (4℃-30℃) in the sealed pouch to the date of expiration.
