Usually how to do the maintenance work of the knife ?

a: when use knife cut food and meat ,should be Straight up and down , do not swing around.

 

b: when finished cutting food,or meat,use clean water to wash,then use dry towel to wipe the blade,handle,then put in the knife holder. use dry towel to wipe the knife,the blade should be out in body.

 

c: the knife set should be put in Ventilation place,not in the place of the acid-base erosion .

 the blade is sharp,pls put the knife set  in a place out of children reach.
