Parallel Flow Rotary Drying and Mixing Drum for Asphalt Mixing Plant in output capacity ranging from 40 TPH to 120 TPH in standard models and as per customer's requirement. They are insulated and offered with Auto Burner, Chain Drive, Discharge Chamber, Multi Cone Primary Dust Collector and Exhaust System.

They suitable for Asphalt Drum Mix Plant in output capacities ranging from 30 tph to 120 tph.

Parallel flow type wherein drying takes place in primary zone and mixing takes place in secondary zone.

Dryer Burner, Rotary Drum, Discharge Chamber, Primary Dust Collector & Exhaust system is mounted inline on robust and sturdy frame fabricated from heavy duty structural steel.

Rotary drum is insulated with ceramic wool and covered by S.S. sheet for reducing heat loss and fuel consumption.

The drum is either driven by heavy duty chain or by trunnion rollers coupled to geared motors.

Precisely machined and surface hardened trunnion & thrust rollers supports the drum and take care of uphill and downhill thrust.

High efficiency lifters arrangement provides a complete dense veil across the burner flame within the dryer resulting in best heat transfer.

Primary dust collector traps the heavy dust particles escaping with the exhaust gases.

In capacities from 30 tph to 120 tph.
