Description

 

In the continuous casting process, the carbonated rice husk as insulating materials can be used for making eminent benefits. It is with the advantages of small volume weight, good of spreading, small of LOI and no pollution performance.

It is used as tundish covering material. Carbonated rice husk can protect the liquid steel from oxidation, no harm to ladle lining.  Extensive use shows its feature of moderate melting temperature, good absorption ability, perfect insulation, weak sintering degree and no crust.
