Main Features:

1. The stretching plugs inside of the upper mould are controlled by air cylinder or servomotor..

2. The sheet feeding is driven by pin chain. The pin chain is controlled by motor with encoder or servomotor

3. Adopts four pillars to fix the mould, which is more stable than two pillars.

4. The upper mould is fixed and the under mold plate movement is driven by cam system.

5. Each area temperature is controlled by one temperature controller.

6. All production process such as heating , stretching , forming and in-mould cutting in one stroke .

7. Machine frame adopts square steel, more stronger and steady.

8. The operation is controlled by PLC and touch screen.
