Leather Enzyme Neutral Protease

The Neutral Protease is a solid enzyme derived from Bacillus Subtilis    fermentation. It can be applied in leather de-hairing and softening, silk    de-gumming, toothpaste, soap, detergent, baking, dairy product, film silver recovery, as well as in medicine industry. Product quality complies with Chinese national standards GB23527-2009.

 

I.   Characteristics

Neutral Protease can hydrolyze the protein into soluble peptides and     finally into free amino acids. .

Optimal temperature: 40-50°C  Optimal PH:  6.5-7.5

 

II.  Specification

1. Appearance: yellow-brown powder (no deliquescencence and caking)

2. Enzyme activity: 30000u/g or 50000u/g

3. Water content: ≤ 8%

4. Fineness: more than 80% through 40 mesh sieve

5. Activity validity: at 25°C,the product will retain more than 85% of its  activity for 6 month.

 

III. Definition of activity 

At 30°C, pH7.5, 1g of solid Neutral Protease powder hydrolysis casein to produce 1ug tyrosine in 1min is a enzyme activity unit, sign as u/g.

 

IV. Package, storage and transportation

The product is available in 20kg fiber bags or in 20kg carton containing 2kg plastic bags. 

 

 

(The product has biological activity,should be stored in dry and cool place and keep away from strong light,heat and dampness to avoid activity loss. It should be avoid direct sunlight and drenching in transportation. Carefully and gently loading is also required.)
