How long does an order usually take?
Well, up to the order quantity, usually 18 days and if we do a rush order 7 days. Some larger orders can take longer, samples take 5 days
How long does delivery take?
With door to door (DHL) it takes 2 days within Asia and 3-4 days to the rest of the world
Can I order samples?
Yes, customer can order sampels with silk and ribbon swatch book to ensure everything is done as they require

Lead Time:
The lead time is determined by the order quantity and product you ordered. Here are some experience lead times:
- 100-200 silk invitation boxes take usually 18-30 days until they will get packed and shipped to the customer
- 250-500 mixed design silk handbags take 30 days, 1000 shopping bags or cushion take around 20 days
- 1000 jewelry bags or cosmetic bags 30-40 days
- Of course it is always depending on how difficult the design you ordered is (how many details such as embroidery, screen, embellishments, etc.)
