Rubber sheet application:
Rubber sheet are widely used as different kinds of vapor pipeline heat preservation, heat insulation in central air conditioning engine room, wind pipeline heat preservation and heat insulation and etc. It has good resisting dew-together capability, sound and shock absorption, low density, thermal conductivity and low water vapor transmissibility.
It is ideal for applications in:
Ductwork
Dual temperature and low pressure steam lines
Process piping
Air-conditioner, including hot gas piping

Characteristics of various rubber sheet :

Natural Rubber Sheet: High flexibility, good comprehensive physical mechanic performance.
SBR Rubber Sheet: Better wear-resistant and anti-aging function than NR, low prices.
Neoprene Rubber Sheet: Good climate resistant, ozone proof, hot resistance and chemical resistant.
NBR Rubber Sheet: Good oil-resistant, wear-resistant and anti-aging.
EPDM Rubber Sheet: Good antiaging, ozone proof, polar liquid resistant, good electric performance, lightest rubber.
Butyl Rubber Sheet: Low permeability, good anti-aging.
Sillicon Rubber Sheet: Excellent oil and fats resistance and for high temperatureup to 260. High resistant one can reach to 250-270 C.
Viton Rubber Sheet: For high temperature up to 300 C.

A:Our factory is located in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China, about 2.5 hours bus ride from Beijing .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

3.Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.

4.Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1,We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
