Because of the slurry auger conveyor without central axis, So slurry auger conveyor is suitable for continuously conveying materials which is sticky, easy twine, easy caking, bad liquidity material.

Slurry auger conveyor is mainly used for conveying material, such as large pieces material, sludge, gravel, wood chips etc. The shaftless screw conveyor can conveying max. size of material is 100mm.

Thickness of spiral blade: 16/18/20/22mm.

Allowed to tilt conveying, max slant angle is 45 degree.

In addition, there is replaceable liner board in U-shape groove, avoid spiral blade direct contact with u-shaped groove, extend the service life of equipment.

 

Material of liner board: Nylon/HDPE/ UHMWPE (UPE) etc.

Thickness of liner board: 10/12/14/15mm etc.

 

 

 

The slurry auger conveyor is mainly composed of driving device, spiral blade, U-shape groove, liner board, inlet and outlet, machine cover and base etc.
