For meshing conjugated double thread screw component, modular structure, diversity combinaton computer-ptimized design and precision machining, has excellent self-cleaning and interchangeability.
Combination of screw elements arranged according to the user’s materials and processing technology, combined with years of accumulated experience in screw geometry design and technology to optimize the configuration of the software, as required to achieve transport plastic plastic, mixed mixing, Shear dispersing, homogenizing, exhaust devolatilization, built pressure extrusion capabilities. A wide range of applications, not only applies to the production of PET , but also suitable for starch based biodegradable materials.
Set double barrel vacum exhaust, ensure full discharge of moisture and other volatile gases.
Extruders equipped with a melt pump quantitative constant vltage utput and set the pressure and speed closed loop control.
The whole machine adopts PLC control, realization ofparameter settings, data and feedback to Automation control alarm function.
