Perfume filling machine is used for filling floral water, perfume and other water-bassed materials. The machine adopts negative pressure and fixed liquid surface type filling. It includes two kinds of specification such as four-head and six-head.

Filling Nozzle
Four filling heads ensure the efficiency of the work. The filling is filled with the principle of vacuum. The filling valve is composed of a filling sleeve. There is a vacuum tube in the sleeve. The tube is used to lead the excess product back to the vacuum chamber to effectively prevent overflow. The filling volume is determined by the depth to which the filling head extends into the container. The vacuum filling machine fills the bottle when the pressure in the bottle is lower than the atmospheric pressure.
