BLANCHED PUD, size 100-200, glazing 20%, packing 5*1 kg plain bag or 2*2,5 kg plain bag in a carton box – 2400 M/ctn @ 5.80
- BPUD, size 200-300, glazing 20%, packing 5*1 kg plain bag or 2*2,5 kg plain bag in a carton box – 800 M/ctn @ 5.40
- BPUD, size 200-300, glazing 30%, packing 5*1 kg plain bag or 2*2,5 kg plain bag in a carton box – 800 M/ctn @ 5.00
1) The sizes we have for blanching is from 100/200 to 300/500 Grade.
2) For blanching we use 75 Celsius temperature for 20 sec to 30 sec its depend on the sizes though. Core temperature will be 40 degree Celsius.
3) For bigger sizes it requires more time and smaller sizes is less temperature.
4) For cooking we use 90/95 Celsius for 1 min to 1.5 min. core temp. is about 70 Celsius.
