 This YD65 press is used for deep drawing carbon steel and stainless steel workpiece.It's also suitable for other metal material such as aluminum ,copper ,alloy ,etc.

Structure :

(1)  Cylinder :Fine turning hole inside and rolling processing, so that it has high hardness and fineness.

(2)  The column and the piston rod: Apot the 45# high frequency processing and hard chromium plating, so that it has high hardness and good wearing resistance.

(3)  Machine frame : Adopt the Q235 material to weld the whole frame ,which is seperated from the main machine body, so that reduce the vibration .

(4)  Safety protection system: With infrared protection ,thermal relay protection, over limit protection ,hydraulic over load protection

(1)  .Free installation, trial start and adjustment, training. But the machine quotation does not include the charges of our engineers in the buyer’s country if you want, and the buyer must take charge of all the expenditure including airline tickets of our engineers when in the buyer’s country to do the service!

(2). Warranty period is 1 years. During the warranty period we shall reply to the call or Fax from the user for the machine faults (expect for faults caused by no abiding by the relevant operation regulations, or by for ce injury) within 24 hours.
