   Internal overload protection is build into motor and compressor. Additional thermal overload protects the entire machine. Thermostat cuts off machine when over-freezing, low voltage, high pressure etc.

   Grand mix with more air to a sofer and smoother ice cream. Offering high overrun 70%-90%, save cost of mixture material 

-- Pre-cooling system(Model number with letter"M")
   Separate hopper refrigeration, by separate compressor solenoid valve to precool mix and maintain mix  below 4.5°C.

--Keep fresh system(Model number with letter"M1")
   During long nouse periods, the keep fresh system maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.

   Adding syrup to ice cream, make tasty and colourful ice cream.
