Description:
Slurry Pump ZJ(L) series are designed as single-stage, single-suction double-casing centrifugal slurry pumps. The pumps are classified into vertical(ZJL) and horizontal(ZJ) version according to mode of construction. The ZJ(L) series pumps used international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and designed using the Minimum-Wear principle. Slurry Pump ZJ(L) series are suitable for handling abrasive and corrosive solids-bearing slurry with maximum density, which are widely used in power, metallurgical, mining, coal and building materials.

· Ash and slag removal in power plant
· Coal slurry delivery and heavy media coal preparation

Technological Characteristic :
Slurry Pump ZJ series are designed as single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pumps.
The wear resistant layer and bearing layer can be separated.
It is designed with double volute that pump body and cover has been fitted with metal liner (included impeller, liner insert, insert plate).
The discharge outlet of the centrifugal slurry pump can be adjusted with rotation interval of 45 degrees.
Inlet is on the horizontal direction and pump should rotate clockwise in view of driving direction.
It also can be used in certain corrosive slurries.
