Linear slide rail as a type of rolling guide, run by the power between infinite scroll circulation steel ball in the slider and slippery course, along the slippery course load platform can easily do high precision linear movement

Compared with the traditional sliding guide, rolling guided friction coefficient can drop to as low as 1/50 of the original, greatly decrease relatively less invalid movement, therefore, it can easily achieve μ m class feed and positioning. 

Plus bound unit design between the slider and slippery course, making the linear slide rail withstand the load from up and down and other directions, above displayed characteristics traditional sliding guide can't match, then if the machine can cooperate with ball screw, use linear slide rail for guidance, will greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of the mechanical equipment.
