- In our varsity jackets, we use featured premium 24 ounce melton wool and top-grain genuine cowhide leather sleeves. We use premium snaps and zippers in our jackets. Our jackets featured with plain, quilted and sublimated lining.

ØWe decorate the Jackets with Customized Embroidery, Appliqué, Printing and Sublimation
- Embroidery – using high-gloss thread and our in-house embroidery equipment, we can transfer a detailed image onto fabric.
- Appliqué – this method of stitching a piece of fabric onto the jacket is ideal for creating large, solid numbers or letters.
- Screen printing – this process involves printing the design directly onto the jumper using ink.
- Sublimation – using computerized printing technology, the dye is transferred onto the fabric through a heat process.
Packaging & Shipping
Packing & Shipping;
We pack the garments in transparent polybag and further keep these in master corton.
Orders ship by ocean or by air cargo or by courier either DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc.
Shipping term could be settled as EX-WORK OR FOB as per cusotmer's choice.

What colours do you offer?
A lot color range for wool and leather is available. Garments in custom colors could be supplied.
Where are your garments made?
All our garments are made in ZONA STAR factory in Pakistan.
What sizes are available?
All our items are available in a wide range of sizes. Garments could be made in custom sizes too.
Is there a minimum order number?
We are happy to fulfil any order, large or small. Even if you just want one jacket made we will be happy to help, and you can expect the same kind of service as someone ordering 100. All our customers are equally important.
Can I order a blank undecorated garment?
Absolutely. Just get in touch and let us know what you're after.
Do you send out samples?
Of course, samples could be supplied for customers inspection and approval.
How long does it take to deliver?
Delivery of an order depends on order volume. We shipped the order on committed time.

Orders are shipped via ocean or air cargo or courier. Freight is calculated know the order volume.

Garments should be washed according to instruction label.
